Rude staff and poor treatment with baby.

We had a pleasant stay with Dad at the hotel. The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed was perfect for our family, and we loved the convenient access to FLYT Steakhouse downstairs, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The amenities made our stay comfortable.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available.
